Most garages are completed in just one day.

Once your beautiful new floor has been installed, you can walk on it after 24 hours, start putting items back on the floor after 48 hours and park on your new floor after 72 hours.

Epoxy and polyaspartic resins are cousins. Polyaspartic material is 3-5 times more durable and about 20 times stronger than epoxy.

Polyaspartic material allows for great installation versatility, we can install year round with no issues.

Yes, we use industry-leading materials to repair both cracks and spalling.

There is a minor odor from the polyaspartic material that is comparable to paint. The odor should dissipate within a few days. We have vacuums that are attached to our grinders, so the dust should be minimal.

Everything will need to be removed from the floor. If needed, we have some great short term storage suggestions to help with your garage transition!

There is a nice texture to your flake floor that has non-slip qualities. We have non-skid additives that we can add to your topcoat for additional skid protection if requested.

Cleaning and maintenance are very easy, the majority can be done with a simple pressure washer and a push broom (to push excess water out of the garage.)  Mild soap and water can help with harder-to-remove stains. Stay away from degreasers, brake cleaner, or any other caustic materials, as this will damage your floor.

We recommend pressure washing your floor as needed.

Polyaspartic material is UV stable and will not fade.
